Two players from the Cardiff & District U15s team, St Albans, have been chosen to be part of the Wales U16 boys squad. Aron Davies and Nathan Mathias were both included in the squad, which was set to play a series of friendlies against Poland.
A fantastic achievement for the two players, especially as they are playing a year up. Aron Davies made the starting line-up for the second game against Poland.
Unfortunately, the Welsh boys lost their two games 0 - 2 and 1 - 5. The two matches will have been great experience for the team as a whole, Aron and Nathan in particular, and an important part of their ongoing footballing development.
