Results for Cardiff & District Football U15 Results, 27 October 2012, as they arrive.  

 

In a very tight game in the A Division, Fairwater beat Marlboro Black 2-1 to secure third place.  But Butetown achieved a comprehensive victory over Maindy to move into fourth place.  As anticipated the game between Pentwyn and Whitchurch was too close to call and it ended up a 3-3 draw.  St Albans won their game against Pentyrch Rangers 8-1.  But having been a player down for the first twenty minutes made their task against the league leaders all the more difficult.  But Pentyrch showed plenty of skill and resolve and should do well in the A Division.

In the B Division, Canton Rangers went top with a 7-1 win over Urdd.  Again Urdd gave themselves a mountain to climb taking on one of the league leaders with a player short.  Urdd competed with Canton for most of the first half conceding just two goals. But in the second half, Canton made the extra man count and put the game beyond Urdd with five more goals.  The other leading teams, Grangetown and Marlboro didn't play this Saturday, apart from Caerau Ely who were held to a 2-2 draw by Llanedeyrn.

In the C Division,  Dragons continued their unbeaten run and sit comfortably at the top of the table.  Gwaelod Rangers also continued their unbeaten run with a 5-3 win, but having played fewer games occupy second place.
