Pentyrch played the first half with nine players and did well to keep the scoreline to 3 - 1 at half time. In the second half Pentyrch were able to field ten players, but Whitchurch were the first to score. And with their fourth goal Whitchurch relaxed and showed they can play quality, attractive football, adding another three goals. In spite of a heavy defeat, Pentyrch have a lot to be positive about. They have shown they are a match for any team in the A Division this season and might have finished much higher in the table, but for having started too many games with a depleted team.
